Lenkeran Springs & Wellness Resort Project is a construction project of a resort facility in Lenkeran city of Azerbaijan south of capital Baku. It comprises a hotel block, a medicalSPA block, a communal springs building, a child care building and Valleybaths building. The hotel has 180keys.
Following the design reaching certain level, construction works commenced by the Client. When the actual works started at site, an expert team established at site by ARTI. Monitoring all participants regarding the conformity to the Design and intervene when necessary, ARTI managed to make sure that construction works at site do not drawn away from design criteria and Client’s expectations.
