Portonovi is an exclusive world-class lifestyle resort targeting the luxury market. Client had selected high-quality brands like One&Only and Espace Chenot to form part of the targeted lifestyle experience. Portonovi comprises residences, hotel, SPA, retail areas with vast amenities. Portonovi also includes its own marina with 228 berths for yachts and super yachts, sizes from 7 to 70-meter. There is a possibility for one 120-meter berth on the South pier.
The resort includes architectural and functional elements that will make Portonovi a unique destination in the Mediterranean. In order to achieve this, number of internationally renowned architects have been engaged to provide a unique harmonized yet varied concept.
The project consists of:
One&Only Hotel 111 key,
10 One&Only branded villas,
Espace Chenot Health Wellness SPA (3 500 m⊃2;),
228 berth marina for yachts and super yachts,
Authentic and high-end retail areas (shopping and dining experience),
Two signature beach clubs, one with a pool and one with a sandy beach,
Tennis Centre,
Luxuriously appointed apartments, townhouses and Villas (273 units, 73 641 m⊃2; sellable area) and
Supporting facilities.
ARTI managed Executive Management, Design Management, Procurement Management, Quality Management and Cost Control Management of the project for the Client. ARTI coordinated the whole process and many participants involved in the project from design to construction works. Advanced organization of participants of the project was needed in design and construction of this high-quality development.
